Return of product is within 60 days of when it was shipped
Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

If your item came as a gift, the gift must be returned in new and unused condition to receive an exchange or credit for future purchase.

If you receive a damaged compact disc or cassette tape, it will be replaced it; call Customer Service at (785) 842-9219 within 60 days of delivery to begin the replacement procedure of damaged goods. The return guidelines apply. We take pride and do the very best that we can to make your shipment a success by making sure that items are packed correctly to prevent any damage from occurring.
