AQ104.A WRITTEN guideline for Health and Sanitation that includes ALL AIR DUCTS, everything that is to be cleaned has to be approved by every student, every parent, faculty member, janitorial officer, every prisoner, juvinelle deliquent, every outside visitor in order have the schools, educational facilities to be considered an opperational facility once a week.
AQ104.1 This list of what needs to be cleaned every 4 to 8 days is to be in consistant revision every 60 days. AQ104.2 An EPA official can provide a general list of what is to be sanitized and cleaned on a 5 to 8 day routine basis.

AQ104.3 This list of what needs to cleaned every 3- 6 days and what is to be sanitized and cleaned daily to every 3 days is to be open to the public at all times with no harassment towards the janitorial services and officers at large. Any harassment or critical evaluation of a janitorial offical results in fines to be paid to the janitorial office and to be distributed to the harassed and inaccurately evaluated janitorial officer.
AQ104.4 The time allowance for this CLEAN HEALTHY AIR DUCT inspection procedure is 4 -5 hours a week. The Clean Healthy Air Duct It is the job of the CLEAN AIR Office that takes the reports from students, faculty members, etc. There are to be four to five CLEAN AIR OFFICERS per 100 square feet.
AQ105 All reports are considered VALID and can be taken to a CIVIL Health Court that has certified mold inspectors with trained medical awareness of what mold, fungi, and bacteria truly causes. There is no more that mold only causes colds and influenza, rather mold is responsible for a multitude of diseases NOT to be overlooked at any education and juvenielle delinquency center. AQ108 HEATER and AIR CONDITION FILTERS are to be CHANGED once every 14 to 18 DAYS in all educational facilities and juvenielle centers, regardless of what the manufacturer says due to higher populus exposure, this is a PAID position of janitorial officers. This is ONE way to Prevent, Stop and CURE influenza and flu epidemics. Changing heater and air condition filter every 14 to 18 reduces mold, fungi, bacteria growth and helps to elminate disease so that appropriate educate can even be achieved.
In every educational, juvenielle, vocational facility there are to be TWO industrial wahing machines and one industrial dryer for HEALTH and SANITATION procedures.
HEALTH & SANITATION Procedure:
BEFORE ENTERING an educational, juvenielle, vocation building every single person, and seeing eye dogs MUST follow this simple guideline before entering an educational(including all universitites & colleges), vocational juvenielle buildings.
